Step 1 – Briefing

The briefing takes place on-site where we:

Conduct a site inspection
Listen to your ideas and requirements for the design
Establish the feasibility of your project
Advise you on the best possible design features to suit your block, your budget and your lifestyle requirements.

Step 2 – Design

After taking a full brief and examining all aspects of the project we:

Initiate searches to establish all site restrictions (including town planning, covenants, services, soil conditions and site surveys).
Develop an initial concept and draw up a budget estimate.
Advise you on cabinetry design, inclusions and fittings.
Inspect the site to establish construction challenges and technologies required.
Collate information to prepare the preliminary project estimate.
Present the conceptual design with 1:100 drawings for your approval.
Revise the design and/or estimate where necessary to keep the project on budget.

Step 3 – Working Drawings

Once you have approved our conceptual design we:

Prepare detailed CAD working drawings
Select colours and settle lighting design
Finalise a schedule of inclusions
Prepare engineering documentation.

Step 4 – Contract

In this final stage, we take care of all the paper work. This includes:

Signing the HIA fixed price contract
Securing building approval
Assisting with finance approval
Scheduling on-site commencement.
